With the United States mandating social distancing and now some states ordering the Stay at Home Order and self-quarantine, here are some tips on how to stay sane in the time of coronavirus. Here at Maranatha Tours we consider all of you as family, so let’s get through this together.

- Try to eat healthily. Prepare well-balanced meals and exercise regularly.
- Baking is also a great way to make those sweet treats we all grew up on, such as cookies, cakes and homemade pie.
- Setting a menu for the week is a great way to make it fun and keep to the meal schedule you plan. Also makes the store run much easier and quicker knowing the ingredients you need.
- Great time to clean your refrigerator and pantry to utilize items you have been holding onto for a while.
Exercise -
- The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommend that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity, or an equivalent combination each week. The guidelines also recommend that children and adolescents be active for at least 60 minutes every day.
- Work out in your own gym, or take a virtual class online.
- Walking is another great way to keep active and enjoy this wonderful fresh air the Lord has given us. Just maintain the social distance rules to stay safe.
- Dance, turn on your favorite song and let it loose!
- Yoga (you can find online classes for all ages)
- Deep breathing exercises can help lower your heart rate and center your thoughts.

- Shopping, getting mail or prescriptions is another way to help those who can’t or do not want to leave their homes.
