Tour John Knox House Scotland 2019 All Inclusive Tour Package

John Knox was a Scottish minister and theologian in the 1500’s. John Knox led the Protestant Reformation in Scotland and was known for being the leader in Scotland’s Reformation. John Knox was part of the responsible parties to bring Christianity to Scotland during a turbulent time.   His legacy is  his spiritual progeny and  includes some 750,000 Presbyterians in Scotland, 3 million in the United States, and many millions more worldwide.

John Knox’s House is found in Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, which is one of our stops on our Scotland Christian tour. The house is one of the oldest buildings in Edinburgh, built in the mid-16th century.   John Knox House is open to the public and is telling the story of the Reformation. Tradition says a small window on the first floor was once used by Knox, leaning out to preach at people in the street. You can stand in front of window and view down the Royal Mile, it is still stunning. Well worth paying a visit to this survivor from Old Edinburgh.
