Falafel  is a deep-fried ball or patty-shaped fritter made from ground chickpeas. Falafel is a traditional Middle Eastern food, commonly served in a pita, which acts as a pocket, or wrapped in a flatbread known as taboon; “falafel” also frequently refers to a wrapped sandwich that is prepared in this way. The falafel balls are topped with salads and drizzled with tahini-based sauces. Falafel balls may also be eaten alone as a snack.

St. Peters Fish one of the highlights of touring Israel is being in Tiberias the heart of Jesus Ministry. You will have a chance to try the famous Galilee St. Peter’s fish.

“But so that we may not cause offense, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours.” Matthew 17:27
